WHAT IS THE RUSSIAN RIVER CONFLUENCE?
Presented by the County of Sonoma, Economic Development Board, Regional Parks, Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District, Sonoma County Water Agency, Sonoma Resource Conservation District, Gold Ridge Conservation District, LandPaths, Russian Riverkeeper, Dry Creek Rancheria, and The Story of Place Institute, the Russian River Confluence is a unique event envisioned to culminate and inspire a series of ‘beyond sustainability’ conversations and gatherings intended to tap the collective capacity of the Russian River Watershed community.
The Russian River Confluence will engage the region’s stakeholders, encourage storytelling and identify actions to promote a holistic approach to the watershed that ensures its resiliency and renewal. This event offers an unparalleled opportunity to showcase your organization as a leading force in the sustainability movement. OUR AUDIENCE
The Russian River Confluence will attract a diverse alliance of attendees including, but not limited to, federal, state and regional policy makers, representatives from Native American Tribal communities, water and wastewater service providers, non-profit organizations, Resource Conservation Districts and representatives from numerous business, agriculture, energy, timber, arts and cultural efforts underway in the watershed. We look forward to hosting 175-220 attendees.

LEADERSHIP SPONSOR
Leadership sponsors provide vital support for participation from high school and college students and representatives from economically disadvantaged communities through underwriting conference attendance. Your organization will receive recognition from our conference emcee and your logo will be featured on event signage at the event.
FARM-TO-TABLE SPONSOR
A centerpiece of our day, the reception will feature a variety of local, sustainably grown organic food and beverages sourced from farms throughout the Russian River Watershed. Your organization will receive recognition from our conference emcee and your logo will be featured on signage at the event. A table will be provided for your company at the event and a representative from your organization will be invited to provide opening remarks.
GREENING THE CONFERENCE SPONSOR
Show that your organization is serious about sustainability by sponsoring recycling stations, a composting bin, PHEV shuttle and driver for the conference attendees and reusable dishes, cloth napkins and refillable water stations. Sponsorship of a digital magazine of the conference proceedings is a creative and sustainable way to further engage and the watershed’s stakeholders in an ongoing dialogue.
